About Bo Hatton

My name is Bo Hatton and I am an Independent Transaction Coordinator.  I have been playing on the Colorado Real Estate playground for over 30 years.

Originally licensed in 1995, I went on to sell real estate for nine years and even had my own company, Dream Homes.  While going through a major life change called “divorce”, I had to decide what I wanted my life to look like.  I came to the realization that I really hated selling real estate.  It was then that I was hired by Keith Dudley with Colorado Homefront.  Keith created a job for me as the first “Transaction Coordinator” in the Denver Metro area.

Keith became my mentor and taught me everything I needed to know to become the best.  Anything less than perfect was unacceptable and today I am so thankful for that mentality that he placed in me.

After 9/11, the real estate market was struggling and I knew it was only a matter of time before I got my “pink slip.”  So I decided to take a chance, gave my notice and, with Keith’s blessing, started my own company as an “Independent Transaction Coordinator.”  All I had was $3000 in the bank and the belief that I could do it.  I had two kids to feed and a mortgage to pay so failure was not an option.

20 years and over 4000 transactions later, I take great joy in providing outstanding service to 20 real estate agents throughout the Denver metro area.
